Job Summary
Oversee daily janitorial operations for multiple client accounts, managing supervisors and staff to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Recruit, train, and develop team members while monitoring labor costs, inventory, and operational budgets. Coordinate equipment maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive performance. Travel regularly to client locations and perform special projects as assigned. Communicate effectively with senior leadership regarding operational needs. Requires 3–5 years in janitorial operations with supervisory experience; bilingual English/Spanish and local West Palm Beach candidates are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in janitorial/commercial cleaning operations
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and process improvement
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on call as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Drug screening
