Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day janitorial projects across NYC sites, assist with supply deliveries, perform janitorial duties including floor care and maintenance, troubleshoot onsite issues and report updates to the manager, supervise teams for quality and safety compliance, and communicate with staff and clients. The role supports the Daytime Operations Manager and requires flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings, or weekends. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a schedule ranging from 30 to 45 hours per week, and involves driving a company vehicle across NYC boroughs. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive a company vehicle throughout NYC’s boroughs
- Basic janitorial/maintenance knowledge
- Floor work experience (stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet shampooing) preferred
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
