Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment across the property by sweeping walkways, cleaning glass, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and managing restrooms and trash. Perform routine inspections of building systems and complete minor repairs on doors, locks, fixtures, and drywall while replacing light bulbs and air filters. Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and dust all offices and clinical areas. This role requires basic knowledge of building maintenance, the ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and excellent customer service skills. Candidates must understand HIPAA privacy laws and demonstrate LGBTQIA cultural competency.

Desired Qualifications
