Job Summary
Maintain overall cleanliness of the store by cleaning showers and restroom facilities, washing and loading towels, and picking up all trash. Perform general repair and maintenance of the store while providing excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities. Lift 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays. This role supports Pilot Company's mission to create an inclusive atmosphere for diverse guests, with opportunities to gain experience in other travel center and restaurant positions.
Required Qualifications
- Highly motivated self-starters
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
