Job Summary
Maintain overall cleanliness of the store by cleaning showers and restroom facilities, washing and loading towels, and performing general repair and maintenance. Pick up and remove all trash around the travel center while providing excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities. Lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays. This role supports Pilot Company's mission to create an inclusive atmosphere for diverse guests, with opportunities for cross-training in other travel center and restaurant positions.
Required Qualifications
- Highly motivated self-starters
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems
