Job Summary
The maintenance position is vital to maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and ensures a positive first impression for Guests. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, and building interiors and exteriors. Workers are expected to operate equipment safely, manage chemicals properly, and control cleaning supplies efficiently. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends is required, along with lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long durations. A friendly demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with both Guests and Team Members are crucial.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas
- Must be friendly and able to smile while working
Desired Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred
- Ability to communicate with Guests and Team Members
- Discipline and self-motivation
