Job Summary
Evening Lead overseeing janitorial staff across Ladson and Charleston facilities, with responsibilities including training new employees, monitoring quality during and after shifts, submitting incident reports, coordinating with the lead supervisor, handling customer work orders, performing dusting and other janitorial tasks, covering shifts with supervisory duties, confirming task completion for system updates, and logging supplies in the tracking system. Requires ability to travel within SC areas, pass background checks, E-Verify, and drug screening; must have reliable transportation and lift 25 lbs; role is part-time with 25-35 hours/week and occasional weekends, offering mileage reimbursement and flexible PTO.
