Job Summary
Lead an assigned building/area on the 3rd shift (M-F 10pm–6:30am with some weekends) within an industrial facility, overseeing custodial operations and enforcing workflow. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising department activities; maintaining effective communication with the client and facility personnel to ensure custodial contract requirements are met; promoting company culture and management philosophy; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires 1+ year supervisory experience in custodial operations, ability to motivate/train staff, strong time-management skills, a sense of urgency, and proven computer skills. Required Qualifications
