Job Summary
The Janitorial Lead oversees cleaning operations for the venue and supervises the janitorial team to ensure venue cleanliness across theaters, restrooms, and guest/game areas. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring supplies inventory, inspecting work and providing feedback, performing janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, removing debris, cleaning surfaces), opening/closing the venue, handling minor maintenance tasks, and maintaining floors and restrooms. Requires HS Diploma or GED, 21+ years old, strong verbal communication (bilingual preferred), and prior supervisory janitorial experience; must be able to work holidays, mornings, nights, and weekends with higher hours during peak times.

- Previous supervisory janitorial experience required
- Open availability to work during holidays, mornings, nights and weekends with increase hours during peak times
