Janitorial Lead

Janitorial Lead oversees and coordinates the venue's janitorial team to maintain cleanliness across theaters, restrooms, guest and team spaces; performs janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and floor care; inspects work and provides feedback to the General Manager; opens and closes the venue; may perform minor maintenance tasks; requires strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and hospitality-minded, guest-focused approach. Must have HS Diploma or GED, be at least 21, and have previous supervisory janitorial experience; bilingual preferred; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb stairs; open availability for holidays, mornings, nights, and weekends.
