Job Summary
Janitorial Lead responsible for supervising the janitorial team and ensuring venue-wide cleanliness and maintenance. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring cleaning supply inventory, inspecting work, performing janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces), maintaining theater and restroom cleanliness, opening/closing the venue, and performing minor maintenance tasks. Requires leadership ability, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and prior supervisory janitorial experience; HS Diploma or GED required; 21+; bilingual preferred; availability including holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED Certification
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills, bilingual preferred
- Previous supervisory janitorial experience required
- Open availability to work during holidays, mornings, nights and weekends with increase hours during peak times
