Job Summary
Oversee janitorial operations across the venue, supervise janitorial team members, perform cleaning duties (theaters, restrooms, and guest/team spaces), monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory, inspect work and provide feedback to the General Manager, handle opening/closing duties, and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, windows, restrooms, applying floor wax/sealant, and ensuring overall venue cleanliness with a hospitality-focused, detail-oriented approach. Requires ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, open availability including holidays, mornings, nights, and weekends, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED Certification
- Previous supervisory janitorial experience required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication skills, bilingual preferred
