Job Summary
Oversee multiple client locations in the Orlando market by supervising Team Leads and Custodial Personnel, conducting site visits for quality inspections, and ensuring operational compliance with Company and Client standards. Recruit, interview, onboard, and train employees while coaching staff to improve performance and maintain service levels. Manage workforce scheduling, staffing levels, attendance, and inventory of supplies and chemicals, responding promptly to operational concerns and client requests. Complete required reports, documentation, and personnel forms accurately, communicate employee relations and safety incidents to management, and participate in daily, weekly, and quarterly operational meetings. Maintain positive relationships with client representatives and support special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be willing to travel throughout the assigned market area
- Must be available to work flexible schedules, including overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency operational situations as needed
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and handle janitorial supplies and materials
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in the janitorial, facilities maintenance, housekeeping, or related service industry preferred
- Prior experience managing multiple locations and employees preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively train, motivate, and develop employees
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience using mobile applications and workforce management systems preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and related supervisory experience preferred
