Oversee multiple client locations in the Orlando market, combining hands-on janitorial duties with leadership responsibilities. Manage staffing, training, quality assurance, and customer service while ensuring compliance with Company and client standards. Supervises Team Leads and Custodial Personnel, conducts site visits, recruits and trains staff, and maintains staffing coverage, quality standards, and operational compliance. Responsible for coaching and developing employees, coordinating scheduling, monitoring performance, and communicating with client representatives. Emphasizes safety, OSHA requirements, and timely completion of reports and paperwork. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to travel between assigned locations. Associate or higher education preferred; must be authorized to work in the United States.
