Job Summary
Lead janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness of the resort's public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness and aquatic centers) and coordinate daily assignments. Train and support team members, monitor supplies, report maintenance or safety concerns promptly, and collaborate with housekeeping and front desk to ensure a positive guest environment. Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and effective communication in English (with preferred bilingual Spanish) are key. Schedule may include weekends/holidays; transitional housing may be available and starts at $21.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED - preferred
- 1+ year janitorial or housekeeping experience - preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English - required
- Bilingual Spanish – preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required during shifts - required
