Job Summary
Conduct routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas, restrooms, and public spaces while performing minor repairs, painting tasks, and landscape maintenance including grass cutting and tree trimming. Shovel and remove snow and ice from walkways, entrances, and parking areas, applying melting agents as needed. Execute roof, plumbing, electrical, and facility repairs, replacing light bulbs, lenses, and ceiling tiles to ensure proper lighting and functionality. Assist with seasonal tasks such as setting up décor and preparing the property for changing weather conditions. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere strictly to safe work practices and protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Consistently adhere to safe work practices, following all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure environment for yourself and others
- Demonstrate a cooperative attitude when working with supervision and colleagues, fostering a positive and productive team dynamic
