Janitorial Floor Care Technician (Part-Time) - 3rd Shift - Hickory (Burkemont Ave.)

Conduct floor care operations including stripping, burnishing, and refinishing hard surfaces while scrubbing, sealing, and spot cleaning carpets. Execute general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dust mopping, vacuuming, and restroom maintenance, plus move office furniture and set up meeting rooms. Maintain equipment in clean operable condition and store supplies organized. Follow safety, security, and key control procedures; report maintenance concerns, accidents, and hazards immediately to supervisors. Complete required reports detailing work completed and billing information. This part-time role covers the 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM Monday through Thursday and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Fridays. Occasional travel is required.
