Job Summary
Ensure job site safety and OSHA compliance while supervising a cleaning crew of 1 to 2 employees daily. Maintain equipment and supplies, conduct quality control checks, and resolve discrepancies with clients. Arrange work schedules for rotation staff, monitor timekeeping via the Applicant Tracking System, and perform performance reviews. Operate a golf cart and lead 1 to 2 employees per day in industrial settings. Perform telephone marketing to generate unsolicited quotations and grow the business line. This part-time, first-shift role requires a high school diploma, one to two years of custodial experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- One to Two Years of Experience in Custodial/ Janitorial Services
- Proficient leadership skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Suite of Products (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Timekeeping via company custom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and timekeeping system
- Floor care skills and use of industry equipment
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to field personnel
- Ability to proactively find solutions
- Ability to operate a golf cart
- Background check
Desired Qualifications
- Seasoned able total facilities maintenance background to include use of chemicals and bio hazard spillage
- Experience using a buffer
- Schedule w/ customer semi-annual floor care
