Job Summary
Janitorial & Facilities Support role responsible for cleaning of restrooms, breakrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas; deep-cleaning tasks such as carpet extraction; handling light maintenance like replacing bulbs; maintaining supply areas and supporting meeting room readiness; basic groundskeeping and safety compliance; requires high school diploma, ability to pass background and drug screenings, valid driver's license, and ability to operate custodial equipment. Emphasis on cleanliness, sanitation, safety, independence, and reliable attendance in a part-time role at the Longview, WA office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with driving record that meets agency policy
- Must maintain all training and certifications requirements each year
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including safe chemical handling and basic ladder/fall protection
- Ability to operate custodial equipment and tools
