Job Summary
Maintain building restrooms, foyers, and reception areas by cleaning floors, doors, water fountains, windows, countertops, and light fixtures daily. Sweep or hose down parking lots, sidewalks, and walkways, removing debris from interstate shoulders and ramps. Manage grounds by raking leaves, mowing grass, weeding beds, watering plants, and mulching while edging curbs weekly. Collect trash from receptacles and report necessary repairs. Work the 2nd shift from 2PM to 10PM with a high school diploma and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Be willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
- Have a current valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Be able to lift fifty to sixty pounds (50 - 60lbs.)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Maintenance experience preferred
