Janitorial/Facilities Attendant Carson

Maintain building restrooms, foyers, and reception areas by cleaning floors, doors, windows, and light fixtures at least once per shift. Sweep parking lots, sidewalks, and walkways daily; hose down areas and edge curbs weekly during the growing season. Manage grounds by raking leaves, mowing grass, weeding beds, watering plants, and mulching. Collect trash from receptacles, remove debris from grounds and interstate shoulders, and replace light bulbs as needed. Report necessary repairs and attend required training sessions. Work under Site Supervisor supervision, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
