Janitorial/Facilities Attendant Botetourt

Maintain building restrooms, foyers, and reception areas by cleaning floors, doors, water fountains, windows, countertops, and light fixtures. Sweep or hose down parking lots, sidewalks, and walkways daily, removing debris from interstate shoulders and curbing edges weekly. Manage grounds by raking leaves, mowing grass, weeding beds, watering plants, and mulching areas. Collect trash, replace light bulbs, and report necessary repairs to the Site Supervisor. Attend required training, meetings, and activities. Treat staff and visitors with courtesy. Work overtime, including weekends and holidays, with a valid driver's license.
