Janitorial Event Supervisor - Part Time

Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for assigned shifts at the Renasant Convention Center while controlling labor, materials, and equipment costs. Conduct walk-thru inspections throughout the shift, enforce safety and quality standards, and respond immediately to client requests or maintenance concerns. Provide employee training, manage in-service meetings, and handle human resources concerns including evaluations and disciplinary reports. Maintain accurate records for checklists, labor reports, and safety incidents, ensuring all staff complete job checklists and sign off on tasks. Report all accidents and injuries immediately. This part-time role requires guaranteed 20 hours per week, bilingual Spanish skills for reading, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
