Job Summary
Janitorial position at Es Vedra Cinemas responsible for cleaning the building, removing debris, and keeping all areas neat and sanitary. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and carpets; emptying trash/recycling; maintaining theater cleanliness; cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; dusting surfaces including counters, game machines, tables, bowl area, etc.; applying wax to floors and buffing/sealing as needed; cleaning and servicing restrooms. Must work well in a team, have a hospitality-minded attitude, and be able to follow directions. Requires a HS diploma or GED, must be at least 18, and availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times. Physical requirements include prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience preferred
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling and/or climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
- Must be comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping and wiping surfaces
