Job Summary
Conduct nightly final walkthroughs across 3 to 4 client buildings, auditing cleaning scopes and verifying hot spots are spotless. Coach independent contractor crews on the City Wide team cleaning process and detail hard-to-reach areas personally to ensure perfect results. Submit photo recaps for day managers to brief clients. Requires hands-on janitorial experience, knowledge of chemicals and tools, and ability to lead through relationships. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle needed for nightly visits. Full-time, year-round schedule with monthly car and phone allowances.
Required Qualifications
