Job Summary
Conduct nightly final walkthroughs across 3 to 4 client buildings, auditing scopes of work and verifying hot spots are spotless. Coach independent contractor crews on the City Wide cleaning process through relationships rather than pressure. Detail hard-to-reach areas personally to ensure every site shines before departure. Submit photo recaps so day managers can brief clients. Requires hands-on janitorial experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and tools, and a valid driver's license for nightly site visits. Full-time, year-round schedule with $24.00 hourly pay, car allowance, and phone allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience

- Skill leading and influencing crews through relationships, not force
