Job Summary
Conduct basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, and windows, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and operating floor scrubbers and buffers. Sanitize and restock break rooms, empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly. Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concerns. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management and follow all health and safety regulations. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 6pm-10pm or 7pm-12am. Minimum of one year experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
