Job Summary
National Aviation Services seeks a Building Maintenance Cleaner to perform airport janitorial duties at ISP Airport, including cleaning rooms, offices, lobbies, restrooms, jet bridges, and other areas as assigned. Responsibilities include cleaning and polishing fixtures and surfaces, floor care (sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, mopping), cleaning textiles and upholstery, dusting, polishing metalwork, washing walls/windows, emptying trash and recycling, replenishing bathroom supplies, replacing light bulbs, and cleaning break room appliances. Must obtain airport badges/FAA SIDA background checks where applicable, be able to work weekends/holidays, and be able to work overtime when needed. Requires high school diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience or equivalent. A valid driver’s license may be required. EEO employer with accommodations under ADA/PWFA upon request.
