Job Summary
Conduct evening cleaning duties at two Lancaster facilities on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms. Manage trash removal, maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and operate a backpack vacuum weighing 8-12 lbs for up to an hour. Perform tasks while lifting up to 30 lbs non-repetitively, working independently with provided training and ongoing coaching. Earn $14/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of good attendance and quality. Contribute to a positive work climate by maintaining a pleasant attitude, being in uniform, and demonstrating dependability.
