Job Summary
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; empty trash and recycling bins; and operate equipment like floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. Polish surfaces and dust furniture, fixtures, and telephones. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management and perform additional duties for spills or flooded areas. Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. Must be willing to work assigned hours between 7:00am and 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
