Job Summary
Conduct basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean, sanitize, and restock break rooms; empty and dispose of trash and recycling properly. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management and perform additional duties including clean-up for flooded areas, incidental spills, and restroom concerns. Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. Work various shifts including weekends with a competitive hourly wage of $19.23.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Various including weekends
