Job Summary
Conduct basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains. Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break rooms; empty trash and recycling bins while disposing of waste properly. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas, and operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. Follow health and safety regulations, report maintenance issues or hazards to management, and handle incidental spills, flooded areas, and related clean-up work. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
