Job Summary
Conduct basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; empty trash and recycling bins; and operate equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. Clean, sanitize, and restock break rooms while reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Handle incidental spills, flooded areas, and related clean-up work. Perform duties as required, including attending to restroom concerns. Must be willing to work assigned hours, including multiple shifts, full-time, part-time, or seasonal opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
