Job Summary
Conduct basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains. Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break rooms; empty trash and recycling bins; sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Operate cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management and perform additional duties for flooded areas, spills, and trash concerns. Work assigned hours from 6 pm to 10 pm. Minimum of one year experience preferred.

- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
