Job Summary
Conduct basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, and walkways by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and operating floor scrubbers. Sanitize and restock break rooms, empty trash and recycling bins, and polish furniture and fixtures. Dispose of waste properly and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Perform additional duties as required, including cleaning flooded areas and handling incidental spills. Must be willing to work assigned hours, including full-time, part-time, or seasonal shifts, and capable of physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
