Job Summary
Conduct basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, and fixtures. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean telephones, drinking fountains, and stairs. Operate equipment including floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. Empty trash and recycling bins, sanitize restrooms and break rooms, and polish surfaces. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Perform additional duties such as cleaning flooded areas and handling incidental spills. Must be willing to work assigned hours across multiple shifts, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
