Job Summary
Conduct basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned items. Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break rooms; empty trash and recycling bins; sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Operate cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. Follow health and safety regulations and report maintenance issues or hazards to management. Perform additional duties such as attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work. Work Sunday shifts from 4 pm to 10 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
