Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of condominium common areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors and surfaces. Empty trash and recycling bins, clean windows and glass doors, and ensure community rooms and fitness centers remain tidy. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies while reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow proper safety procedures for chemical use and equipment handling. Perform light exterior cleaning of entryways and walkways, plus assist with special projects and seasonal tasks. Full-time Monday through Friday with a pay rate of $15. Applicants must live within 30 minutes of the Margate area.
