Job Summary
Provide overall leadership for janitorial operations across assigned locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual requirements. Directly supervise staff, oversee scheduling and labor allocation, and manage performance evaluations. Lead training initiatives by mentoring team members, reinforcing safety compliance, and driving continuous performance improvement. Drive operational excellence through quality assurance programs, trend analysis, and cost control for supplies and equipment. Serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns and partner with the Regional Account Manager to implement strategic service improvements. This Full-Time role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, a valid driver's license, and experience in supervisory janitorial or facilities management. Candidates must be able to work in varying warehouse environments, lift up to 25 pounds, and adapt to fast-paced priorities. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or facilities management industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and good driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff
- Experience managing cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Knowledge of safety protocols and proper cleaning techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or coursework in management
- Ability to read and write
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain flexible, and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to motivate teams, maintain high-quality service standards, and interact professionally with clients and staff
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers, treating all with courtesy and respect
