Lead, oversee, and review daily cleaning operations for assigned buildings/facilities, ensuring clean, orderly, and attractive conditions while adhering to budget guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising staff performance, scheduling two weeks in advance, enforcing uniform attire, coordinating HR matters, and identifying leadership potential. Manage payroll and budget reporting, monitor attendance, participate in weekly calls, and drive new business development within the area. Oversee recruitment and onboarding, safety trainings (OSHA), equipment maintenance, inventory, and service quality audits. Collaborate with safety, vendors, and clients to address issues, and maintain proactive communication for continuous improvement across mall accounts and various facilities.
