Job Summary
Janitor for Guardian Equipment: maintain cleanliness and safety of the manufacturing facility and grounds. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of restrooms, loading/receiving docks, stockroom, shipping area, assembly floor, and machine shop; outdoor seasonal maintenance including snow shoveling; weekly maintenance of emergency exit lights and fire alarm/strobe lights; monthly inspection of fire extinguishers and other equipment. Must follow safety procedures and handle equipment per company protocols. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of related experience; ability to lift 35 lbs.
