Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive janitorial operations including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, and polishing floors, bathrooms, offices, hallways, locker rooms, break rooms, shower rooms, and holding cells. Perform high and low dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, spot cleaning, trash removal, and vent cleaning in every office. Mix or blend cleaning solutions to proper concentration, wash blinds, windows, screens, sills, and walls, and launder mops and rags. Identify and report potential safety hazards while complying with all company safety policies, OPSEC standards, and OSHA requirements. Maintain site-specific accident prevention plans and manage Government Furnished Property. Work flexible schedules that may include weekends, with a high school education or GED and one year of relevant commercial janitorial experience.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Pass and maintain any required security clearance requirement
- Comply with Drug Free Workplace policy
- Must be able to climb a step ladder, use floor burnisher, and communicate effectively with customers
- Detail oriented and basic organizational skills
- High school education or GED
- 1-year relevant work experience within a commercial janitorial environment
- Ability to organize effectively, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
- Focused with a drive to succeed
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts
- Ability to regularly lift 25-50 pounds and on occasion up to 100 pounds
