Job Summary
Ensure all interior and exterior areas of the campus are attractive, clean, and well-maintained by walking outside daily to clear debris, litter, and dog waste from sidewalks, landscaping, entryways, and parking lots while monitoring garbage and recycling areas. Perform custodial duties inside buildings including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors; cleaning carpets; sanitizing kitchens and lavatories; maintaining the swimming pool; and emptying garbage receptacles to a white glove standard. Assist with housekeeping duties as needed while adhering to a Sunday through Thursday schedule at a full-time rate of $20.29 to $21.23 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have experience maintaining and cleaning swimming pools
- Have a 'can do' attitude towards their work and be passionate about maintaining a five-star site appearance
- Be willing to work outside in all weather conditions
- Be able to read, write, and speak English in order to effectively communicate with residents and team members, and have the physical ability to perform tasks that require continuous walking, standing, bending, and lifting
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
- Ability to lift and work with up to 50 pounds throughout a shift using proper lifting techniques
