Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, including janitors, caretakers, and specialized cleaners, while inspecting sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Hire and train cleaning personnel, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain financial records. Recommend additional maintenance services and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs. Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments. Establish work schedules and manage teams of 5 to 10 people. Requires a high school diploma, one year of experience, and ability to perform physically demanding tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and kneeling. Early morning through night shifts available.
