Job Summary
Cleans hallways, stairways, offices, kitchens, laundry rooms, clinics, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and wiping surfaces with appropriate equipment. Removes, compacts, and transports trash to disposal areas, while changing light bulbs and keeping entryways clear of snow and debris. Operates a vehicle to work at various locations and maintains cleanliness in both indoor and outdoor environments. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Some combination or education or experience that evidences a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk/hear, see, taste/smell, and carry weight/lift
