Job Summary
Clean and supply designated building areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom maintenance. Perform routine inspections, document findings, and carry out heavy cleansing tasks or special projects as assigned. Make adjustments and minor repairs, stock supply rooms, and notify management of deficiencies or repair needs. Maintain upmost safety and sanitation standards while operating power equipment and following all security procedures. Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
- Ability to read and interpret written information
- Ability to write clear statements
- Ability to communicate orally
- Must be able to do physical work
- Must be able to operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations
