Job Summary
Clean and stock designated building areas including offices, break rooms, restrooms, common areas, supply rooms, and storage areas. Perform tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, garbage removal, and washing surfaces and appliances. Maintain a safe work environment by addressing unsafe conditions, documenting routine inspections, and utilizing 6S standards to organize materials. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects while notifying management of defects or supply needs. Work under minimal supervision with occasional travel and early or late shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Capacity to take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
- Close visual acuity
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of previous janitorial experience
