Job Summary
Janitor (Part-Time) responsible for cleaning the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, windows, and walls; perform vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash/recycling disposal. Disinfect desks, door handles, phones, and other commonly touched items; maintain restrooms; clean windows and mirrors; replenish supplies; maintain a cleaning chart; notify supervisors of unsafe conditions; lift up to 50 pounds; close doors at end of night shift. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 PM–11 PM. Location: Peoria, AZ. CCS Facility Services emphasizes safety, dependability, and a service-driven work ethic; bilingual description is provided in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Clean and disinfect interior spaces including floors, carpets, windows, restrooms; able to vacuum, sweep, mop
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies; notify supervisors of shortages
- Follow safety and precaution rules; close doors at end of night shift
- Ability to work Monday–Friday 6:00 PM–11:00 PM; attendance and punctuality required
- Competencies: attendance/punctuality, dependability, safety and security awareness
