JANITOR - PART TIME

Part-time janitorial role performing heavy cleaning duties, routine maintenance, and ensuring safety. Responsibilities include cleaning floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming), shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, cleaning windows, restrooms, and clearing snow or debris from sidewalks; follow safe procedures with chemical cleaners and power equipment; prepare cleaning solutions; notify managers of major repair needs and requisition supplies; perform other duties as assigned. Shifts: 6am–12pm or 8pm–2pm; 24–30 hours per week. Location: Midland, MI.
