JANITOR - PART TIME

JANITOR - PART TIME: Maintain buildings in a clean and orderly condition by performing heavy cleaning duties, routine maintenance, and ensuring safety. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, and clearing snow or debris from sidewalks; service, clean, and supply restrooms; gather and empty trash; clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming; follow safe procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment; prepare cleaning solutions; notify managers of major repair needs; clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; perform other duties as assigned by management. No prior experience required; must read/listen/communicate effectively; basic coordination and time management; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb; knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment maintenance.
